Congratulations & Welcome On Board On Your Transformation Journey

Hi, Niklas here.

I like to congratulate and welcome you on board on your transformation journey, and also let you know just how excited I am to get started guiding you towards your goals!

Now, I’m sure you’re urgent to get started. So, in order for me to start working on your training and diet templates, here are the simple steps you need to take:

Step 1 – You Get Invited To The Iron Built Fitness App

Once payment is completed you’ll get invited by me personally to the iron built fitness training app through an email!

*In case of time differences between you and me allow for up to 1 business day to get invited (usually quicker).

Once you’re invited, the app will be the central hub for your entire online training experience. In the Iron Built Fitness app you’ll have access to everything from your training plans, exercise demonstration videos, and your meal plans, to direct message contact, and mentoring by me.

This is also where you’ll be able to track all your workouts and body measurements, which will be monitored and adjusted by me, to ensure your goals get reached!

Step 2 – Set up Your Account and Fill Out Your Consultation Form

Once invited to join the app, you’ll have to set up your account and fill out your consultation form. Then all you have to do is wait as I set up your customized training and meal plans. (Please allow 2-3 days to prepare your personalized program, usually faster!)

Step 3 – Train and Track Progress

Once you’re setup, all you have to do is follow your plans, track your progress and ask me if you have any questions along the way. Above that just leave the rest to me! 🙂
