A Course is the Only True Shortcut to Your Fitness Goals

One thing I wish I had done earlier in my training journey would be to get myself a good guide or course. In the beginning I spent a couple of years just threading water trying to build muscle and lose fat, sure I got some results but it was far less than what a beginner should expect when just stepping into the gym.

As you can see, not that much of a difference. It wasn’t until I started to search around on the internet trying to educate myself that I found a few courses that totally changed my physique over the coming years.

I’m not trying to toot my own horn here, I’m just trying to display to you the power of receiving a guide and then doing the work outlined for you.

In fact, having a step by step guide telling you exactly what to do to get the results you want is priceless. When someone got the physique that you’re after and just gives you the steps that they know work after putting down years of trial and error into the product, you simply can’t go wrong.

You can take that information which took someone five, or even ten years to come up with and boil it down to a one, two or three year process depending on your goals and starting point.

In this post I’d like to tell you about the three courses that helped me transform my physique, what my experiences with them was and where you can get them for yourself if you’d like.

What Courses did I use to Transform my Physique?

There were three courses that helped me transform my physique, and those were:

The two first programs are created by Greg O’Gallagher from Kinobody who has put in more than 10 years perfecting these courses and they work amazingly well. The Warrior Shredding program is all about effortless and sustainable fat loss, while the Greek God program is about packing on lean dense muscle mass.

The ShredSmart program is created by Radu Antoniu from Think Eat Lift and I started using it later as he blew up in the fitness industry. I actually like his way of teaching more than Kinobody and the ShredSmart program is a great resource if you want to get lean and muscular without giving up on your life in the process.

I cycled between the courses where I used Warrior Shredding to get ripped and Greek God to lean-bulk up to gain muscle. I then used ShredSmart to maintain my physique, Radu do a great job explaining the psychological part of fitness in his programs, which makes staying lean easier.

Why I Recommend the Kinobody & Think Eat Lift Courses (My Review)

1. I’m able to enjoy life while getting in great shape

This is by far the biggest reason why I bought and got totally hooked on Greg and Radu’s courses.

I’ve always believed that life should be enjoyed, and that having a good looking physique should be part of an enjoyable lifestyle. In other words, I don’t want to give up on tasty foods to get my six pack, neither do I want to train 5-6 days per week for one and a half hour each time just to get in shape.

And this is definitely where Kinobody & Think Eat Lift delivers. They got, in my opinion, the absolute best methods and strategies in place when it comes to getting in incredible shape as hassle free as possible, there’s no doubt about it.

2. They help me develop the “Greek God” physique

My goal has never been to get bodybuilding huge, I just think it looks freaky. I’m way more into getting the “greek god aesthetics,” you know the V-shaped hollywood actor physique you see in movies. This is where these courses really shine! Their mission is to help you build the hollywood physique while living an enjoyable lifestyle at the same time.

Kino actually means Cinema in contemporary German, Polish, Russian, and other Slavic languages.

3. The courses are very easy to follow

It’s just something about the simplicity that I like about the Kinobody and Think Eat Lift courses. When it comes to training and dieting to get in shape there’s no problem at all to find enough information to fill out a 500 page book. But they focus on what actually matters, so that you can start getting in shape right away and not having to read a textbook to get there.

They are very practical programs where you just follow the steps given to you. Simply said, if you follow what you learn you will succeed.

4. They help with lifestyle and mindset outside of fitness

This is something I liked a lot about the courses. Actually, this comes as bonuses outside of the main course. You get great training on something Greg calls The Warrior Mind which is a great resource to help you achieve all your goal in life.

Furthermore, you also get a library of videos demonstrating exactly how to do each and every exercise in the programs.

5. The courses comes with access to a great community of “Kino Warriors”

If you want motivation or further help and assistance then the Kino Warrior community included in the courses is an incredible resource. Not only can you communicate with other fellow course-takers, but your questions will usually get answered by Greg himself and you’ll be provided with motivation throughout your journey.

Who is Gregory O’Gallagher?

Greg is also the voice behind the Road to Ripped podcast that’s been circulating in the top spots of iTunes for a few years.

Who is Radu Antoniu?


Radu Antoniu from Think Eat Lift took the YouTube fitness community with storm a few years back with his talent to take complex information and making it a lot more easy to digest. He do the same in his program ShredSmart as well, which is a huge part of why I love and recommend it.

I’ve only used two of the Kinobody courses, the Warrior Shredding and Greek God Program so far. But Greg got a total of 7 courses on physique development and he also have a cookbook. Lastly I just want to say that, if you want to get that lean and muscular physique without giving up on living an enjoyable life in the process, then I can’t recommend the Kinobody or Think Eat Lift programs enough.

Nothing that I’ve seen out there compares with these programs ability to provide you with the knowledge you need to achieve the physique you desire while allowing you to live a hassle free lifestyle in the process.
